With more than a decade of experience in the technology industry, Aung previously held regional research and development leadership responsibilities across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. His career has involved working closely with major financial institutions, navigating diverse payment ecosystems, and leading technology initiatives across multiple markets.

Combining technical expertise with commercial insight and regional market knowledge, his leadership focuses on practical innovation, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth. He is equally committed to developing local engineering talent, advancing technology adoption, and strengthening the region’s digital technology ecosystem.

Shwe Hlaing Tun

Chief Solutions Officer

As Chief Solutions Officer, Shwe Hlaing Tun oversees the architecture, engineering, and delivery of CYNEXIX’s technology solutions. He leads the development of secure, scalable, and reliable systems that enable financial institutions and enterprises to modernize their operations and deliver seamless digital experiences.

With extensive experience in payment technology and financial services infrastructure, Shwe has led major payment technology projects across the region. His expertise spans EMV payment technologies, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, payment application development, secure transaction processing, and complex financial systems integration.

Having worked alongside CYNEXIX’s Founder since the company’s inception, Shwe brings deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of customer expectations, industry standards, and regional market requirements. He plays a central role in transforming complex business needs into practical, future-ready technology solutions.

Zin Lin Shwe

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Zin Lin Shwe leads product strategy, project governance, and delivery excellence at CYNEXIX. He ensures that the company’s solutions are aligned with customer requirements, business priorities, and the operational demands of financial institutions and enterprises.

With extensive experience in banking and financial technology, Zin previously served as Head of the Project Management Office at MAB Bank before advancing to Senior Vice President. Throughout his career, he has contributed to major banking transformation initiatives, including core banking systems, digital banking platforms, payment infrastructure, and enterprise integration.

His combination of banking operations expertise, product understanding, and structured project delivery enables him to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology execution. At CYNEXIX, he plays a key role in ensuring that innovative solutions are delivered effectively and generate meaningful value for customers.

Soe Soe Han @ Phyu

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Soe Soe Han @ Phyu leads CYNEXIX’s brand strategy, market positioning, and corporate communications. She is responsible for strengthening the company’s market presence, communicating its technology capabilities, and supporting commercial growth across its expanding regional markets.

With a background in strategic marketing, brand development, and product commercialization, Phyu brings experience in translating complex products and services into compelling market propositions. Her expertise spans market intelligence, digital marketing, integrated campaigns, public relations, and customer engagement.

Working closely with the company’s leadership and technical teams, she ensures that CYNEXIX’s brand reflects its capabilities, values, and ambitions while building meaningful connections with customers, partners, and the wider technology community.

Wai Myat Noe Aung

Chief Accountant

As Chief Accountant, Wai Myat Noe Aung oversees CYNEXIX’s financial reporting, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and financial controls. She plays an essential role in maintaining financial transparency, operational discipline, and the strong governance required to support the company’s continued growth.

With professional experience across financial accounting, budgeting, taxation, auditing, and financial management, Wai brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to the company’s financial operations. She works closely with management to strengthen internal processes, maintain accurate financial reporting, and provide insights that support informed business decisions.
